Prices are per person per night with breakfast and for a minimum stay of three nights. The price does not include the local tourist tax of € 1.40 per person per night (for guests aged 14 upwards), which is payable on site.

- Additional occupants (3rd and 4th person): 10% discount each
- Double room for single use: 40% supplement, subject to availability/season
- Discounts for children*: valid for child in an extra bed, accompanied by two full-paying adults
0-2 years: free | 3-5 years: 50% | 6-8 years: 30% | 9-12 years: 20%
* we reserve the right to make exceptions for the weeks including August 15th and New Year. - Breakfast on the day of arrival: € 12
Deposit
Reservations become binding on receipt of confirmation and payment of a deposit. The deposit (of € 100 to € 200) can be paid by post-office or bank transfer, or by credit card to our account.

Cancellations
- Cancellation from 60 to 30 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total amount
- Cancellation in the last 30 days prior to arrival date: 70% of the total amount
- Cancellation in the last 7 days prior to arrival; or in the event of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the total amount
